Do you still remember your grandmother‘s cakes? Those with black or sour cherry?  This taste will take you back in time as we lead into the Christmas period.

  • 40 ml TATRATEA 62% FOREST FRUIT
  • 60 ml hot red grape juice 
  • 1 large cherry jam ice cube / lollipop 
  • 10 ml brown sugar syrup.  To make 500 ml sugar syrup, blend 350 g brown sugar and 200 ml fresh water in a food processor. Blend for at least 15 seconds.
  • 1 small freshly squeezed lemon 

Put the jam into an ice cube tray overnight. Cook the red grape juice. Pour TATRATEA®, syrup, lemon juice in a mug and top up with grape juice. Stir everything in the mug. Finally, throw in a jam ice cube and garnish with dried fruit.
