Ideal for picnics and summer garden parties, a perfect refresher with its combination of cucumber, mint, green tea with a background of toast and roast notes.
- 40 ml TATRATEA 32% CITRUS
- 15 ml bee pollen syrup. Sugar syrup blended with 3 tablespoons of bee pollen. To make 500 ml sugar syrup, blend 350 g white sugar and 200 ml fresh water in a food processor. Blend for at least 15 seconds.
- 60 ml mint, green, and popcorn tea blend (available at tea houses)You can make popcorn tea yourself by blending pan-roasted dry rice with green tea. If you want to make the whole mixture yourself, add dried mint tea in the ratio of 2:1.
- Splash of soda
- Half freshly squeezed lime
- 1 slice of cucumber and mint
Build ice in a glass, add a slice of cucumber, top up with TATRATEA® and a splash of soda water. Add sugar syrup. Prepare the tea blend in advance, steep for 2 minutes, and ice. Do not steep any longer than advised; the tea would get bitter. Top the drink with iced tea. Shake and serve in a highball glass.
