To make honey syrup, blend 10 ml honey and 10 ml sugar syrup. To make 500 ml sugar syrup, blend 350 g white sugar and 200 ml fresh water in a food processor. Blend for at least 15 seconds.
Put wine, syrup, TATRATEA, lemon, seasonal fruit into a small pot and top up with non-alcoholic iced tea of your choice. Add ice to thin the drink. If you know how to handle dry ice, add some to create a steam effect.
